We offer exchange in case of:

Missing Items in Parcel
Major Defect in Fabric
Exchange Request Time:
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Conditions for Exchange:
The item must be unused, unstitched, and in original condition
Original packaging & tags must be intact
Parcel opening video is required as proof for any claim
Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
We do not offer returns in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Slight color variation (due to lighting or screen resolution)
Personal dislike of fabric or design
Incorrect size perception (as all items are unstitched)
Customers will bear the shipping cost for exchanges unless the error is from our side (wrong or damaged item delivered).
